"Tim" to czwarty studyjny album amerykańskiego zespołu rockowego The Replacements, wydany w 1985 roku. Album jest uważany za jedno z największych osiągnięć zespołu, a także za klasykę rocka alternatywnego. "Tim" charakteryzuje się bardziej dojrzałym i melancholijnym brzmieniem niż wcześniejsze płyty The Replacements, ale nadal zawiera elementy punk rocka i garażowego rocka.
